TWO CONCEPT APARTMENTS, TWO DISTINCT INTERPRETATIONS OF CONTEMPORARY LIVING.
Located in the Brera district of Milan, two concept apartments developed within the same building embody this design philosophy: Capital, spanning 140 sqm, and Urban, spanning 70 sqm. Two projects of different scales demonstrating how design can respond to diverse residential needs while maintaining a consistent design language, uncompromising quality and architectural continuity.
Capital brings together historic architecture and contemporary design. A project that demonstrates how the design language of Febal Casa can be thoughtfully integrated into an existing architectural setting, enhancing its identity, proportions and material character through material continuity and compositional balance.
Urban interprets a residential concept conceived for dynamic living environments, where modularity, integrated systems and functionality define a new balance between design and quality of life. A versatile solution designed to adapt naturally to the evolving needs of contemporary living.
